Her bone problems in her wrists don't seem to be flaring up which is the main thing. She's perhaps still suffering the after effects of spending much of last year unable to train, her muscles probably aren't fully back to where they need to be yet.

You're probably right. She still doesn't have match fitness and had lingering effects of her long matches during the Billie Jean King Cup crop up in this match.

Emma Raducanu in a dominant performance vs Angie Kerber was in obvious physical discomfort during the second set of the match. What could it be?
@davidwhite49978 ай бұрын
Emma, I don't have any preconceived notions about what problems you may have. I wish you could go on from here with no problems at all. It doesn't sound like that it going to happen though. I have recommended the Hospital For Special Surgeries in NYC to you before. They are said to be the #1 orthopedic group in the US. They may be the best in the world. I am not sure who their best back expert is; but you would likely be well off to be consulting him. Tennis is your livelihood. Best Wishes in this tournament and going forward Emma.

"I have recommended the Hospital For Special Surgeries in NYC to you before" Um please stop being creepy. You're not talking to her in person. This is a youtube channel

Thanks for your good intentions for Emma. The WTA needs her to be playing at her best because she generates so much attention from fans.

It was just some salts to stave off a touch of cramp.

Thanks for your take. You may be right. It could also be potassium tablet to prevent cramping.

She needs more of those magic tablets.! She played great after taking them.!

Those may have been potassium tablets or anything to stave off cramping. But, yeah, they did work wonders for Emma.

@@tennisobserver995 More like sodium sulfate i think.! Helps imm for muscle spasms during strenous excercise.!
@tennisobserver9958 ай бұрын
@@brucecarey1780 I really don't have much knowledge about this sort of thing. All I know is that they eat bananas during breaks because it contains a lot of potassium which can prevent cramps and it's also a source of energy. You seem to be talking from experience or maybe you have a medical background, so yeah, it might be some form of salt like sodium sulfate. Thanks for commenting. Comments sections need more tennis fans like you.

I’m surprised Kerber didn’t call Emma a drama queen. It worked for her before. I guess Emma will have to knock her off a second time within a week.

At this stage of their careers, Emma is better than Kerber and Emma is still improving. Kerber can still play much better than she played in this match because like Emma she is on the comeback trail. However, Emma will be much better and Kerber is already past her prime, so the next time they meet, I see the same result.

Nie rozumiem. Czyżby w Europie nie było kliniki aby Emmę skutecznie wyleczyć ? Gra z niedoleczonymi kontuzjami jest bez sensu.

Thanks for your comment. Emma has all the money to afford the very best in science and technology to fix any injury but her problem right now is not injury but match fitness and stamina which she does not have because she has not played a lot of matches in the past year due to injury. But Emma Raducanu as of right now is already at her strongest physical form ever and she will only get better and better as she plays more matches in the clay season.
