I don't think so; she's obviously nervous and flustered, and he's badgering her and pushing her with rapid-fire questions, rather than making her feel comfortable and giving her a chance to answer them; I even had to check my player to make sure it was normal speed, not fast motion. Seriously, any lulls can be worked out in editing; there's no need to push a guest like that. People tune in to see the celeb, not the third degree.

I cannot believe it’s been over 10 years since the last movie came out, 20 years since it all started. The return to Hogwarts special has me rewatching all the films presumably like many others are and it’s making me greatly miss my childhood. My mother had taken me to this small single screen theater to see the first one and it became our thing to go and watch them all together in that theater as they came out. Childhood memories that I wish I could relive. Kind of ruined it though when on vacation I begged to go out with the others who were planning to see the Order of The Phoenix as it had just released. My mother wanted me to wait until we got back but impatient 13 year old me at the time didn’t want to wait and was so excited as I loved Harry Potter just so much. She reluctantly let me go and off I went. Felt real guilty for that as I grew older and realized how much those trips to the theater meant to her and me as well.

In the US the unspoken rule is to be Extrovert, with a confidence bordering on brashness and project the impression of success, even when insecure (not for everyone, but a general rule of thumb).In Britain, the predisposition is to be modest and polite, initially reserved and thoughtful. In many situations, you would probably have most Americans jumping in to a situation and if they are highly skilled they will swim well, whereas the Brit is more likely to observe 1st and then make less progress initially, but maggots won't crash and burn.Ultimately, the Brit will organically grow into this situation, with less artificiality, intensity and vulnerability to the atmosphere. Here is a perfect case in point, very natural, organically growing conversation, without pretension or insecurity.If Jonathan cracks jokes, it's because he's just predisposed, as British men often tease women they are attracted to, which isn't always very effective 🤣 The US talk show host is doing it in a deliberate sense, consciously aware of ratings and his own image
