One thing I love doing in the mornings is putting down everything I need to do for the day in my Burga notebook. It's been a total game changer for my routine

I get up at 5AM and work out at home. It’s great being up so early. Quiet and not having to rush is great.

I’m not gonna lie, I feel like these morning routine vids, even ones that seem more attainable like this one, lose some credibility points when you realize they work from home in the end.

There are plenty of morning routine videos from creators who work in office

tbh what you dont see is that many people (me included) have very much problem to disconnect with work when working at home. when you go to the office the line between home and work is much more visible and easier to just get off work mode. so even though you can sometimes log in later or some benefits like that, after you have your work done youll be orten ask to just stay a little longer for the exactly reason that you dont have to commute and as ive said psychologically its also very hard to train yourself to just not think about work all the time. ive worked from home for a year now and even though im gen z and dont like to socialise that much, for work i would really prefer the office or a hybrid model.

@@klarapopilkova5791Yes, this is so real. I have been working at home since 2018 and worked my way up the management ladder in my field. I find that this is so much more stressful at home because though I love what I do on most day and been doing this for 13 years. I have trouble cutting off work. I find myself working 60-70 hour weeks and sometimes more. I keep a gym membership and for years have not made it consistently because of work and so I bought home equipment and machines…still can’t break alway enough. The longer hours make it so much harder to wake up early and keep a steady flow of energy all day.

My 5am routine as someone who works 8-5 (yeap a teacher); involves snoozing until 6:50 then panic and shower and get ready in 10min and have anxiety because in real life you gotta commute to work for an hour so no way you can do it. I need to be at work by 7:45!
@Royerdylen7 ай бұрын
@@klarapopilkova5791 I’m hybrid and I do enjoy the in office days. I feel like this comment is referencing the fact that there is no commute time. For reference- my commute time is over an hour on in office days. Being showered and ready for work on your couch/desk/etc by 9am is a whole different story than dressed and ready to be out the door no later than 8am.

I love to see that all those things are still possible while working 9-5! Just a little remark: don't spit out the coconut oil in the sink, oil isn't supposed to go down the drain! Instead spit in the trash or a some kind of container :)

Hi there, I know you can't say who you work for. But can you say what the nature of your work is? Is it Customer service? Marketing? What do they sell? etc. Trying to find a work at home job that is low stress.

using a natural type of oil, like coconut oil, and swishing it in your mouth to clean out bacteria, and it can also whiten your teeth overtime! just overall good for your oral health/hygiene
