I’m using Artist Loft 140 lb cold press paper as well as Canson Mix Media 140 lb paper. I’m struggling greatly with the wet on wet technique. The paint is drying so fast that it doesn’t bleed and is blotchy or has hard lines between the shades of color. Any ideas? I will look for some Arches paper but wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else I could try first. I am using Winsor & Newton paints.

Loved your adorable son. And love your videos. HOWEVER I have trouble with the sound on your videos. Most videos I view the sound on my equipment is around 20-25 but on yours I have to turn it up into the 40-45 range and even then I have some problems hearing you. Don't know if it's on my end (my hearing is good) or what. Is anyone else having this problem? Sorry to bring this up.
