Thank you so much. Been watching you a while now. Last week I got stumped for a card so started painting small squares. Still wanting more-I found this. Only a few hours so I'd better get painting and get the wall decorations up. My hubby works 2 days a week and I like to decorate for him. This will be our 49th Valentines day and then mid March we will celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. 💑

Emma, what sweet and happy designs these are! They are so cute that I can't even pick a favorite :) I really appreciate your explanation on how to draw a bird, I'll be practicing your technique. The candy conversation hearts turned out so well and your shading really made them look realistic. It was cute the way you reminded people to spell "you're" correctly. It's one of those easy mistakes that I see often, especially when one is so focused on getting their painted words just perfect. You can definitely tell you're a teacher :) Thank you for the sweet creations. You are so talented!

Oh so cute! Thank you for making the pencil outlines a little darker so we can see them. Using color pencil is a good suggestion. Definitely trying that. Will be trying all these ideas tomorrow. Always learning something new! Thanks again!

Super cute. It would also be cute to do the letters with the candy hearts if you have difficulty with flowers. I guess put dots instead of leaves between the hearts. Loved the birds!

Hello Emma, I am a French follower, and one of your student I am sure that you know the brand , professional grade, sennelier watercolors. When I use their Rose Opera, which is bright but not neon like the one by Windsor and Newton , I think of your love of the rose tint. Listen a friend, buy 3 tubes, opera rose, laque de garance rose, and jaune de Naples foncé , and a great green, olive green, which is very soft. I guess that makes 4 tubes, but sone sennelier tints are unique. I love your work, your personality , open and friendly, thank you for sharing your art, friendly Valerie

I really enjoy your videos, but find your lighting makes seeing some of your sketching, etc. VERY difficult to see. Please consider changing either the brightness or angle of your lighting. To help you understand what we see regarding the over lighting, please view the cupcake tutorial. Pay attention to when your hand catss a slight shadow. When that shadow is cast you can see the cupcake far more clearly as it's not all washed out by the lighting.
