Very good case and novel idea to bail out sir, in our lab we always ask the sister and 2 operator to read out loud from the number present at the proximal end of the stent balloon as well as while using NC balloon

Excellent presentation Sir! Well explained with the slides. Just one thought. What if you had used a guide extension catheter with the hair pin technique. Maybe the stent could have been brought inside the catheter.

Excellent illustration, I have one suggestion: when the stent part was in the iliac artery it would be also possible to crash it there with short balloon expandable iliac stent to avoid embolisation using for example omnilink 8x20mm

Last month i have undeployed stent failed to cross calcific tortuous LCX while removing it it hang on the tip of the guiding i pulled whole set down to the Femoral sheath but the stent hang on the tip of the sheath like what happed here , i removed the femoral sheath with the guiding catheter with the stent as one unit

Out side I found guiding catheter tip longitudinal fracture and procedure completed from left femoral
