Thank you for the nice info, in primary PCI ,Do you fix the culprit lesion or the culprit vessel?? eg:If we have tandem lesions in a culprit artery before or after the culprit lesion, would you fix them all in index primary PCI? Thank you again

Question My cath lab ,we dont have OCT So can we use IVUS ?

Sure, I think IVUS also can find the plaque rupture, and dissection, but it is less clear than OCT to find the thrombosis TCFA, and erosion.
