Okay, his timing is off. All he has to do is stop waiting for the audience to laugh. And pick up the pace between the setup and the punchline.

he is so monotone. other comedians use some sort of tone change in their voice or look around or something to let the audience know they are delivering a joke.

It's great to see how other countries do comedy. Not everybody covers as many pitches/volumes as American comedians, + that's ok. British are known for being more reserved + this guy was still brilliant
