Great podcast! Building people involves people at all different stages. We are called to all of it - sharing the gospel, but also just being a light to those not yet ready or willing to receive the Gospel. Building those new converts, loving and encouraging them so that they too will want to love and reach others. All for the glory of God. Always loving and pointing others to Christ. Not trying to do any of it on our own time table, but just being faithful and trusting God with the results. Like Bro. M said, it’s ‘both and’ We’re commanded to do all of it. The problem is when we focus on only one aspect of it. And like Bro. Smith says, it comes down to prayer and just being Spirit led all the time. Thanks again for a great podcast! Looking forward to the next one!

Agreed on the baptism. A lot do not truly know what it is for so helping them to understand and know how Jesus died for our sins and his resurrection.

Biggest misconception- you’re not doing what you do in great numbers thus you’re not being effective as you should be.
