Hi Emma, I've just tried this recipe today, and the brownie came out delicious and super chocolate-y. I used Lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate but still found 30g sugar was a little bit "too sweet" for me. Anyway, thank you so much for this amazing recipe ❤❤❤
