Of course, they have to cut scenes where Chris get out of the car to avoid alerting viewers to the fact that Peter Amory can actually walk or they couldn't be bothered to show him struggle. You think the news in1995 was all doom, try living in 2020 with the fricken Coronavirus! The Kidnappers would be offering a reverse ransom for those two, "We'll pay YOU to spring them!" lol Can't beat a classic "Bop!" cliffhanger. Oh 'eck indeed!
