I wish my mom had this reaction. If they don’t believe you it hurts and that’s why a lot of people keep it to themselves. This storyline helped me move passed it.

Sadly true I still haven't told anyone that I was sexually abused when I was a child but watching this and other sexual assault storylines helped me
