I can't say that I'm surprised the C.I.D. police are doubting Sam's word. In Emmerdale the coppers like the Dingles as much as Gail likes Leanne Battersby in Coronation Street.

By brandishing a stick at 10:12 Sam Dingle is putting himself in it up to his neck even more.
