Frankie is a pained dude. I don't know why everyone hates on him for that? There's pain and anger in the music and living it is just keeping it real. I've met the guy after I got my head cracked open at a show and he's just a normal guy not a douche at all. Maybe he's just a musician and a good writer? He also answered that regrets question just how I would have. Cool interview with all 3, props.

Didn't he join CG less than a year ago? Why are you using him as your primary argument? I listened to CGs new stuff and it's just so feminine. Especially don't ask don't tell. I think that was the gayest metal song I've heard by someone outside of blood on the dance floor. I was worried their guitarist had a vagina between his legs. Jason's work with Born of Osiris was great. But you're living in ignorance heaven if you think the shit he's played for Chelsea Grin recently was crazy. Even if it was, one member does not make up for the whole band. Check out rusty Cooley or tosin abasi, or a talented member of a different genre for "crazy" stuff. Jesus, can't believe you'd think a small solo combining taps and sweeps are hard. Have you ever listened to anything other than deathcore, or faggy bands like these in general?

I have to agree with Josh. I opened for Chelsea Grin in Peoria, and he was more than happy to just chill, smoke a few cigs, and talk. Really nice guy. I met fronz too, it was on the sick tour almost 2 years back. Fucking crazy dude. Still, they were both awesome to chill with and care about their fans, especially the ones trying to get out like they did at one point.

I don't really think the reason this interview was awkward was because of the vocalists in my opinion. It was probably the interviewer. Or all four of them actually. Many interviews have the interviewer talking with them and making jokes or stuff like that. He or she just seems to just only ask questions and wait for answers and they're not used to being that serious haha
