The drummer is Luke Holland, and he said Ronnie let him write the drums parts himself. There is a live video of Luke on KZbin playing the drums for "Ronald". It's worth a look.

The driving drum rhythm after Tech N9ne’s part reminds me of the breakdown in FIR’s song Champion. Actually the whole song reminds me of breakdowns in their previous songs all put together for one song. Obviously some changes were made, but I still love it and am here for it. I really like all 3 of these guys, and while I have only heard a handful of Tech N9ne’s songs I really enjoy his cadence and flow. He also seems to actually have substance to his lyrics which is nice.

You can thank the majority of the composition to Jason Richardson. He helped write the song and it really shows, like certain parts sound like less technical Jason. I love that Luke could involve him.

Ive been waiting for yall to do this one cause tech! I had been waiting for it, krizz kalico reacted to watch the world burn when it came out and was talking about him and tech didnt know Ronnie could chop like that and that they both wanted to work with him down the road. Also they performed this live a week or 2 ago at a festival it was siiiick.

Ok. First off, let me say this. I'm kind of an old headbanger dude. Ya know, 50 lol having said that, first thing I noticed is how well spoken you two fellas are. I am very new to Falling in Reverse with the song Voices in my Head really being my first song. It made me a fan. Damn near instantly. Then THIS song solidified them as one of the newer awesome bands on my playlist. Slaughter to Prevail has been on my radar for a minute. 1984 is brutally awesome. My daughter saw this song live at Welcome to Rockville here in Daytona and said it was beyond awesome. Nice job on the reaction.

Not just wu tang 36 is an auspicious number in older chinese folklore i think. Its been years since i read anything on Chinese daoism/taoism but it has to do with the meridians or the accupoints of the human body

Ronnie confirmed on TikTok that he did most of the vocals, when you see the demon's mouth move that is Alex but everything else and especially when you see Ronnie's mouth move at the end that is HIM. Ronnie's talent is ridiculous. Edit: So Ronnie says on TikTok that the first time the demon speaks that is also him.

This song is awful. Very much a song that is super ADHD and goes nowhere properly. Saying this as someone who listens to BTBAM and loves prog metal. Personally, I think he is just not going in the right direction. Too much time spent on the visuals and not the music, but to each their own.
