lmao the diddy part He owns Bad Boy Records, the label Biggie was on. His name is Christopher Wallace. Diddy helped make this song. It was sampled from a 1983 song, "Juicy Fruit" by Mtume.

Biggie died in 1997, his real name is Christopher Wallace. And yeah it's Diddy, he used the name Puff Daddy back then. He produced Biggie and was always in the music videos, everybody was annoyed by that. I hope you will listen to more old school rap, I recommend "Dear Mama" by Tupac, and "Regulate" by Warren G & Nate Dogg.

His real name is Christopher Wallace.. And yea thats Diddy he use to go by Puff Daddy in those days And yes hes a producer and Notorious was his first artist which got him rich AF.. But he jerked every artist that came along after Big Biggie is not alive, he was killed back in 96 I believe in LA while touring(he had enemies there) #RipBiggie FYI dont listen to the haters keep doing your thing💪🏼 and reacting to new perspectives whether its music, movies etc

Big died in March of 97 at an industry party. He switched vehicles with Puff at the last minute so rumor has it the bullet was actually meant for Puff in retaliation for Pac.

@@NuJeru Most mainstream 90s rap is going to sound the same, why it has the boom bap era title, however there are lots of artist of that time that due to all the heavy hitters flew under alot of peoples radar. Another good one is The way you do it by Little Brother. Great beat, great writing.
