This cake is low in calories and fat. Of course, you can make it with zero-calorie sugar.
The point of this recipe is not to whip the meringue too much. The cake will crack.
Notes:
Please turn on the subtitles.
As I mentioned in the subtitles, I recommend adding 1 tablespoon of sugar if you add lemon juice.

➢Cake Mold 15〜18cm. (6in.〜7in.)
300g unsweetened yogurt (1.05 cup)
3 egg yolks
54g flour (6 Tbsp)
3 egg whites
84g sugar (7 Tbsp)
-Optional
1 tbsp lemon juice
vanilla
Bake at 150°C(302F) for 60 min + 180°C(356F)for a few minutes to brown
*Egg size is L. 20g yolk and 40g egg white per egg.

* Preheating is necessary. You must preheat the oven, and please start baking when the oven reaches a set temperature.
* The result of baking may be changed depending on each oven at home. The temperature and the baking time in this recipe are only a guide. Please check the degree of baking stuff before taking it out from the oven, and then take it out.
* In the video, it’s baked in the normal mode of heating up and down. When using the convection function or gas oven, lower the temperature by 10-20 ℃ and bake.

夫がテレワークになって一年以上。 子供たちの楽しみは夫とのおやつタイムなのでそれまでは市販のお菓子にたまに手作りでしたが今はほぼ毎日手作りを用意しており エモさんのレシピには本当に助けられています😭 特に台湾カステラはもう何度作ったかわからないくらい評判です😉 こちらもふるふるなのできっと家族も喜ぶはず! ヨーグルトもカスピ海ヨーグルトを増殖し続けて常にあるのですぐ作れる所も嬉しいです💕

メレンゲと混ぜるときはヘラなどでさっくりと混ぜるイメージでしたが、泡立て器でもこんなふわふわになるんですね!

So, I tried this beautiful recipe today. It tastes amazing. However the appearance of mine was soooo far from this. The water bath dried and I didn't notice, so it cracked and it also burnt a bit on the bottom. But favor and texture 10/10. Thank you for the recipe.

I made this today and it was realy nice, gotta admit I used the wrong pan and its not the same. Do NOT use a removable bottom pan the water gets in. That was my mistake 😅 but it's still yummy 😋

Hello, just wanted to let you know that I tried your recipe and it came out perfect! Soft and jiggly! I haven't tasted it yet since it's 1am right now and I am hell tired. Kept it in the fridge. Will taste it tomorrow morning and revert back!! Note: Have tried souffle thousand times but failed everytime. This is the First time that my souffle didn't shrink after I took it out of the OTG! Update: It was extremely sour in taste. I feel more sugar or condensed milk can be added to balance the sourness of the yogurt, maybe.. But otherwise it was beautifully baked! ❤️

@@nancycockburn2507 yes I used plain flour. All ingredients were at room temperature. The trick is to fold in the egg whites in batches and be very careful you don’t overfold. I followed instructions exactly as per video. Don’t give up as it’s worth it - really delicious.

Hi, I followed exactly the measurement of the ingredient and followed the instruction exactly, but 1. The cake did not rise and brown like in your video, 2. it starts to rise and brown only in the second 30 min 3. The cake went flat after I took it out of the oven (after I browned the top at 180°). The inside is kind of wet too, can you please tell me what did I do wrong because I really want to get it right as I like yogurt cake and yours looked amazing.

1:27 the card says 3 egg yolks, but should be egg whites. カードはegg yolkって書かれていますが合ってるなのはegg whiteです。 Egg yolk = 卵黄 Egg white = 卵白

いつもケーキが上手く膨らまないので、少しメレンゲ泡立て過ぎたかも?と思いつつも焼いてみたところ、見事にパックリ割れました(笑)。でもふわふわでおいし~く頂きました。普通のチーズケーキよりもクリームチーズを練ったりしなくてよくて楽だし、本当においしい。またリベンジします。
