I still remember the day it was released and most of the critics gave the movie 5* ratings. Never before and till now I have seen critics giving such kind on ratings. So, i just went to the theatre nd my god, what a performance it was by abhay. Nawazuddin have got what he was worth of. But, i think abhay is still one of the most under rated mainstream actors of bollywood. I really miss his performance as he is not getting any good roles now

Just finished watching Dev d and man this man Anurag Kashyap is a Legend the story and the acting in this movie is just next level. This movie was way ahead of its time. Kabir singh is good but this movie is just so real. Abhay Deol's acting is just so real and magnificent. Its sad that this man was sacked because of his daring and honesty towards his work. This bollywood snatched a legend from making because of politics. I saw an interview in which Abhay Deol reveals the dirty politics in bollywood. And after that I have not seen any of hus movies. Also I kinda knew one of the voices was Amit Trivedi because the voice is identifiable from many other songs sung by him. Confirmed by his reveal later. Amitabh Bhattacharya was a shock. I mean he's sung Ankahee from Lootera. Could never figure out it was him.

Their voices were tuned specifically for the song and they don't want to publish themselves with their actual names. And the film director Anurag Kashyap randomly publish the singers duo to the audience as "Band Master Rangeela and Rasila". It's quite interesting to know that they did this deliberately.
