Guys, i think we should pay attention to the doctor in Muzan's flashback. That doctor is kinda suspicious. We know nothing about him, not even his name. My theory is that the doctor could be an ancestor of the Kamado family and the doctor used a sample of his own blood in the medicine for Muzan, as a catalyst or an ingredient. If this theory is true, it will explain why Nezuko can develop sunlight immunity as a demon. Because Nezuko is the descendant of that doctor, so the unique blood of that doctor runs through her veins. The very blood that transform Muzan into the first demon. Does it makes sense?

It's also why most people die if they take even little amounts of Muzan's blood, cause the huge concentration of medicine that Muzan took that has aged over 1000 years, along with the changes of blood, and morphing effects that make you a demon are all too much for a human to handle. It's all into willpower if you can survive from so much blood, and if Muzan accepts you given he can control it.

I have my own theory with Nezuko blood how it transmuting and adapting, that the Muzan cells aka his blood was converted into Nezuko cells, and reproduced. Since Nezuko didn't drink blood when she became a demon and went into a sleep cycle for 2 years I think, all that time Muzan cells weakened and she converted them, and start creating her own. That my theory anyway that how in the entertainment district she was able to reach upper rank regeneration so quick, that she doesn't need Muzan blood to get stronger or human blood to empower Muzan cells since they're her own now. So bloodlust pure demon (Muzan) vs kindhearted pure demon (Nezuko) resulting in different capabilities. Nezuko producing her own type of demonic cells, instead of using Muzans. If that make sense, that my theory anyway. That would explain why he doesn't have control/power over her either.

If I remember it correctly while they can use as many breathing style as they can, Demon Slayers couldn't use just any sword. They had to use the same sword of the same color/breathing style as their own. Ex. Muichiro could only use the sword of the mist breathing or teal/Blue-green nichirin sword. So Tanjiro could only use the Black sword like his own or the one Haganezuka is reforging.
