Surrounded by silver and grasped near Her heart, a gift from Her deceased mother. It was rare for an elf to die, much less a silverblood. Through the recent war she remembered Her mother perishing, trying desperately to preserve the peace. After many months this immortal princess, idealized by all races, was to be set upon Her mother's throne. Crowned along with the Human Kingdom's prince. Standing up she remembered Her mother's final words. "Show them kindness, do not take revenge, and seek out a love of your own." Maybe... Maybe in due time she may find someone to love. For now, she will focus on saving Her people. Walking down the carpet to the throne I see a shy, humble, and kind man. Seemingly my age I smile at Him. He stares intently at me as if trying to solve a mystery. Unperverted nor evil glances, simply giving respect. His eyes are a golden-brown. We sit down upon our individual thrones. Once crowned He stands, turns towards me, and reaches out His hand. I take it and He carefully pulls me to my feet. Together we declare the alliance our people now possess. --- I am the King from the Human kingdom. I saw Her walk to the throne. I sat beside Her as we were both crowned. Smiling gracefully at me, I reach for Her hand. Grasping firmly we both fully rise, proclaiming a truce between our people. Maybe just maybe, I can find a way to have this beauty fall in love with me. Some may seek Her name but I've only heard it once, Guinevere.

Unnus Karim Depends on how you look at it. One interpretation could be infidelity and scorning Arthur, another could be Arthur is an abusive husband that Guinevere was forced to marry, abd another is that Guinevere loves Arthur as a King but loves Lancelot as a lover, and in yet another the affair doesn't exist at all. Back when the affair was first written it was simply presented as perfectly fine as long as they didn't get caught. The whole adultery and destruction of Camelot thing didn't come until later. Really, it's been told and retold so many times no single version is more "canon" than another.

In this particular pic .. Kind of reminds me of that one series of #Log horizon of the princess getting dressed by the user players for a BIG SPEECH!🎤 and she asks every individual player on the stage.. And the princess asks for the aid of the players to go to battle and there won't be any award for doing so.. (She was very nervous) but her pride! Took her forward and after the speech... 10sec of silents..........(The crowed started to stump there feet 'n weapons to the ground and horns started to blow🔊 and everyone was pumped up and ready to fight side by side with the beautiful princess.
