Deepti along with her parents goes to an orphanage to celebrate her birthday. In the orphanage, she finds Ankita, a 7 year old. who never celebrated her birthday. Deepti befriends Ankita and could never get her out of her mind. She challenges her parents to adopt Ankita. What are the challenges the parents face? What happens when a child does not belong to a family? Can a 7 year old orphan girl dream of being loved and given identity?
