He's done many of these and the vast majority of them find it funny and do it for a laugh. You're noticing a negative tone? I'm not sure when you subscribed but I've never changed! @@STSauto yeah I used to be 8 stone 4 five years back, now I'm a couple pounds shy of 13. Its amazing what eating right can do for you, lol. Dont bother with synthol, it has zero benefits. Its just something for people who hate their body but are too lazy to fix it by working out. That said, some body builders use it to make their muscles pop a little bit more but it can go wrong, like the guy in the video

I've always found it wild that no matter how tall guys are they tend to lie about their actual height. My brother in-law is 6'5". We have measured multiple times because he tells everyone that he is 6'7". I have no idea why he is dishonest about it. He's not an athlete, he's pushing 40 and literally weights less then 68kg or around 150lbs. If he were 6'7" at that weight he would almost be too thin and fragile to even get around without a cane or wheelchair
