Ive always seen sleep as a scary and uncomfortable thing, but over the past few years ive come to your music to help ground and calm myself when fear loops in my head. There is no specific rule as of how you can or should listen to this music. Every person has different needs and reacts differently to music, frequency and sound. If you are comfortable with the music playing for the entire length of the video, then let it play. If you prefer to hear the music for a shorter time, then stop it whenever it feels right. Always listen carefully to your body, your heart and your spirit and pay close attention to the signs they give you. They will let you know if something is good for you or not. Black and white are the same thing, greyscale. All is one, yea yea. Extreme ends of a spectrum are right next to one another when you make the spectrum a circle instead of a bar. Some people don’t feel free enough to ground, some aren’t grounded enough to float. Paradox only exists in duality. Be as I am, entertain no confusion. Fix no problem. See. You can’t unripple a pond. You’d have to cancel out each drop, each wave. Be still and know “i am god” letting the surface calm. Etc. etc.
