I found my rage didn't really drop until I addressed my gender issues. My T levels were nearly non-existant by that time due to an intersex condition, but once I removed my primary issue, I no longer had the major source driving my rage. I'm going in the opposite direction from you genderwise and I am doing doing much better with my anger issues now. You will probably need to stay in as much direct touch with your issues to ensure that anger is not massaged by your issues.

I know this video is really old and you probably won't ever see it, but if you're not seeing a therapist it miiiiiight be a good idea. Sounds like one could really help you with this stuff.
