Advice to everyone that feels depressed and having sucide thoughts You get a feeling of fullfillment when you do good deeds so keep on pushing to make good deeds for the sake of Allah. For exemple if our lives were to end today and we are inside the grave, the first thing you would think of in the grave is: Oh ya Allah i wish i did more of good deeds before my door to Life was closed because when that Door is closed you will never ever be able to return to this world and this life. it is like when we all were kids and we wished for the day to be old enough to have freedom and not have any parents over our heads all the time and finally when you are grown up you end up missing the nostalgic feelings of the old times when you were a kid with no problem, you had your mother and father to take care of all your stuff. some kids grow up to fast to a life not what they have imagined and that gives them a big shock and their reaktion is depression and sucidal thoughts. So dont let shaitan win. alot of muslims are feeling down Dont give up please because very soon things are going to change to the benefit of muslims. try these things down here believe me they will refresh your life! Take cold showers it helps against fighting shaitan and it has alot of scienctific proofs to benefitt your health it makes you happy beleive me! Listen to quran and especially surat baqarah and make your house filled with the quran either read it or just put on the tv. dont let go of your Daily 5 prayers! Why not get a cat because it is sunnah and you will love taking care of it. do stuff that will refresh your life and make alot of dua. day of judgement is closer than we think so do alot alot of good deeds so when we finally arrive to that day you can relax and leave everything to Allah ❤
