I recently dealt with this after being cheated on. Every embarrassing moment I had while dating him, haunted me. It made me cringe so much and made me believe it was the reason for his cheating. Like how I tripped over my heels walking down the hallway with him and he helped me up but didn't say anything. How I had something on my face while leaving his apartment and didn't realize it until I got into my car. So many little embarrassing things like that happened, and I was like ok this is why he cheated. Because I wasn't perfect.
