I often get messages from people telling me that Alex and Dominic have helped them to feel better during dark times so I wanted to make something for those people as a thank you and to say you are not alone. I've been there too, and sometimes even I need a gentle reminder from Alex that it will be okay. Also, those cute little "pew!" tweets he does at the start are a little call he only ever does when he hears a male voice coming from another room. Usually he's calling to my husband, but in this instance he was mistakenly responding to a voice in a video game, Sekiro.

I had a cockatiel just like him from 1996-2008 he was my heart and he got me through some really bad depression when he went to heaven it was very hard for me to move on and really I guess I still haven't but watching Alex and Dominic had helped me to laugh through the tears and feel better thank you for sharing your babies with us all

My mother passed on Wednesday, after suffering from severe and metastasized cancer. I was fortunate that I was able to fly back home in time to say goodbye on Monday and Tuesday. This really helped brighten my day. This, and my two lovebirds. They've been on my shoulders, nibbling my ears and begging for scritches every day.

I have been very stressed this week due to assignments at University, my employment in retail, and the fact that my mother's cockatiel whom I am very attached to may be soon given away because she and my brother might be allergic to her and she refuses to keep her here if the tests turn up positive. I have been depressed, anxious, and admittedly lonely. While there may be others dealing with less or more than this, it has taken a toll on me as I have my own limits. This video is a pleasant change of pace and I hope you, along with the rest of your viewers, are all doing well.
