A grown man shouldn’t say sorry when talking about his father. Takes a strong person to watch their dad or anyone they loved go through that. I lost my dad from cancer and if this happened to anyone i loved id imagine it stings just as bad. As a Sabres fan I was never so happy to see another team win the cup. Was yelling at my tv all night for this and to see Ovie and others who waited for so long. Love a story in hockey

My grandma, who raised me is in the last stages of Alzheimer's and its heartbreaking to see her go without her even physically being gone yet. I hope his father does remember this day forever.
