I’ve never understood this personally, being more emotional doesn’t mean “more emotionally intelligent” to me, intelligence comes with control, which men absolutely have more of. Not being in control of your emotions somehow means “more emotionally intelligent” to all these women though, it truly makes no sense to me. If it was a thing, it would be stoicism, understanding your emotions and dealing with them accordingly, not reacting MORE emotionally and wearing your emotions on your sleeves. It would mean understanding what you feel and what is the cause, breaking free of it. That's definitely not something women are good at.

Her telling you about all her worries does not make her interested. I had a friend of 2 years, she told me EVERYTHING, her every thought, worry, dilemma, drama. She sought my approval on everything. A few times she brought up the question why I'm single and I tried to play it off and switch the topic, not wanting to go into it. She told me "I'd date you if you were 15 cm taller". There's nothing I didn't know about her, from her past, sex life, literally if she watched corn she'd same me the video and comment on it, if she had a feud with her brother or nephew I'd know. Despite basically idolozing and non stop calling me super intelligent among other things, she would often bring up other guys, and even when she would know they're low IQ, she'd still thirst for some of them, knowing full well they have nothing in common, not on the same wavelength. It's horrible advice you're offering, sorry but it's just not true. If a woman wants to tell you everything, that's only because she trusts you and you're probably a good conversationalist/listener.

Women truly do not know what they want. More specifically the ones saying they want men to be "emotionally available" and share their feelings. I think most men reading this already know this, but sharing your feelings with a woman (especially sadness/worry/anxiety/grief) is a surefire way to lose all the attraction she had for you. Sad but true reality that men need to come to terms with. If you need to vent or talk about your feelings, do it with your close guy friends. Never do it with your girl.
