There's actually more to this scene if you watched the entire episode. What Urabe says to Tsubaki after he brought up the idea of going out with Hayakawa, (the girl he had a crush on for the longest time) was really sad. Definitely my favorite scene in the series.

The first romance anime that I ever watch, I find it weird at first but as the time passes on by watching the anime, I realize their kink at each other is somewhat sweet and kinda melts my heart seeing their bond, all I can say it is 9.5/10 in my own opinion and aside from that I did read the manga, I find it more interesting and I love the Imei momoka arc, it was fun that Imai monoka pretending to be Urabe, so yeah I hope they will make a season 2 to this anime( I finished the whole anime in just 1 day cuz I like it so badly☠️🥇)

But it was his decision. They both sure that they will have a whole life to do so and they decieded to cherish thst moment where they can never go back and no longer will see beautiful sunsents. All parts with tsubakis sister and urabe dialogue show us what author trying to say reader. To cherish moment while you have it cause changes are inevitable and you will never be able to go back.
