Its works well with 12v 2amp input. Good job bro, Can this coil only lights up only cfl bulbs, can it light any old glass based neon,krypton or argon gas filled 2 5v torch bulb ? Can you make a try with your readily available new updated version of jammer? Eagerly waiting for your reply

There might be a benefit to using a POWER Field Effect Transistor. They are very tough and have a very low *ON* resistance. Try driving it between cut-off and saturation. Such transistors require to be driven from low impedance, and a suitable driver IC should be used.

sorry, why the antenna in new project is between capacitor and first coil? It's not better after coil (beetween coil and ground)? I think that could be increase more the voltage.

Something is missing from the schematic. the collector is connected to the battery + side and the emitter to the Batt Negative. cannot work. you need an inductor between the Batt plus and the collector.

it's not wrong, I tied today, and somehow it worked, but here is a hint, if you put a capacitor near the transistor supply, it stop oscillating, and this suggest that it's using the wire itself as inductor, but I still don't get how the high voltage is generated from the primary to the secondary.... even seeing with my eyes ... i can only accept

Why do you think your 12V tesla coil circuit makes the biggest arcs on youtube for that input voltage? Is it the coupling between primary and secondary? I'm so curious because I'm planning to build a tesla coil gun soon too!

To create a REALLY EFFECTIVE military grade JAMMER we should join forces... My mechanical amplifiers combined with your electronic wizardry.... Think about it! Also Michael Reeves with his code writing skills and we could create a MECH or a ROBOT which would go around the city at night jamming and blockbusting whole suburbs - - - nothing working as long as our robot would be jamming...

The voltage across the inductor is equal and opposite to that across the capacitor, so there are two places in the circuit to put each pole.

Parametric resonance between two tank circuits where the earth is the standing wave inductor of the first resonant circuit, and the air is the capacitor of the second resonant circuit. The second tank circuit has half of the resonant frequency of the first tank circuit, where the earth is a standing wave inductor. Two towers are requires for parametric coupling.

You can put one inside an up-side fish bowl and on the outside, glue a bunch of CFL bulbs that stopped working because of the blown electronics inside them, and people will wonder how the heck are the bulbs lighting up when there are no wires going to the bulbs! I bet we'll see some head scratching! Record the video of them all confused, and upload so we can all laugh.

I don't think that its correct to call this an EMP jammer. There is no pulsing. It is a jammer, but its a CW jammer.
