All govt employees should protest to refund which is already deducted every month this scheme It's not scheme but scams! Deducted money goes to Nagaland state Coperative Bank. Which can uses by Rio n govt at any time.

The scheme is good, but maybe working system fail, it should be continue bcoz this is only way to help while treatment and Doctors should also have some patients for systems of payment . In nagaland, we have no health insurance coverage . Otherwise only the rich people can go to hospital.
