This fits Philip/Belos perfectly and I feel it would be more of how he both hates and loves his brother as a sociopathic narcissist. He also projects these feelings onto Luz for being similar to Caleb. BTW I am glad Belos wasn't written to have a romantic obsession with any character cause he was already a genocidal maniac on Disney Channel 😅
