Old school city builders were so volatile. Either they worked wonderfully or they barely functioned. I’m glad Sseth is showing off one of the better ones from that era.

Yeah, the only problem that I've found with Emperor is how inconsistent the walkers are, sometimes you put a building down and path finding get screwed up for some reason, exact same route, but the delivery man walks 2 feet and runs back to his spawn, destroying your whole city, so infuriating.

Exactly. Older SimCity games are still some of my favourite city builders, despite some of the really good modern ones

@@NaderinZim I think that has something to do with supply and demand. If they didnt get enough supply from the warehouse/mill, they'll use it up immediately after walking around a few house and run back.

Never bothered to see what Sseth was downloading before. All the Strike Witches, nice. As well as Boko no Pico and Shota no Sushi. KTGS-S0420 is the Atelier Arland Series Deluxe, also nice.

Can't go wrong reacting to Sseth. The biggest hurdle to overcome when going back in time looking for videogames is the UI, however impression's games don't have super convoluted schemes, that's why they're still easily playable (well, some).

The old civ builder was REALLY cruel when the (innocent) old me play them. They either grow in less than a minute, or the city BURNS to the ground, literally.

I like how Seth basically brings forgotten games from my childhood into the limelight, like let's be honest here, you didn't know Emperor existed before Seth did a video on it.

you should watch the end credits scene of sseth's vids because they usually contain pretty good content. You should also watch his highfleet review and watch till the end, he has a compilation of combat from the game set to Farewell of Slavianka. good shit

Yeah I remember "playing" Zeus when I was a child, it was more like placing some buildings and roads and watch things happen.

Is the Male term Actor now considered gender neutral? Because I don't think men should be uniform with actresses as both are different.
