It is the first Chinese restaurant to offer a Chinese Dim Sum Feast, a flavorful Buffet spread, a comforting Noodles Bar, and delectable Chinese Roastings in one. Once seated, the gracious waitstaff serves a pot of soothing hot tea as a welcome treat which is always a part of Chinese hospitality culture.
YUMDUMDIM offers two enticing set meal promos to feast on.
First, the Premium Set Meal with endless rounds of 20-plus homemade Dim Sum and Dumplings, an array of small fried and steamed delectables to savor and enjoy! Which ones on the checklist will you try first? Recommended must-tries from the Dim Sum Cart were the Shrimp and Pork Siomai, Beancurd Roll, Chicken Feet, and Shark's Fin Dumpling.
The Premium Set Meal includes a buffet spread of Appetizers like Fried Shark's Fin Dumplings, Chinese Kikiam, Pinsec Dumplings, Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Pork Spring Rolls, alongside Hot Mains of Yangchow Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables, Sauteed Green Beans, Braised Pork Belly with Bokchoy and Fish Fillet with Salted Black Beans.
Along with this is the Do-It-Yourself Noodle Station. Diners can make a beef wonton noodle soup with your choice of noodles and toppings like wontons, fishballs, mushrooms, and varied fresh vegetables. The noodles are freshly cooked in a minute with Beef Soup Base and the diner's protein selection of Beef, Beef Tendon, or Pork by chefs in the open kitchen. The bowls of hot noodle soups are served fast at the diner's table. It is a quick fix for sudden hunger pangs and is best eaten with the classic Asado or Bola-Bola Siopao. All these are limitless in the Premium Set Meal for a budget-friendly price of only P588.
Second, there is the option to add P300 to upgrade the Premium Set Meal to the Emperor Set Meal. For only P888, one can feast like an Emperor, eating and savoring unlimited Roastings and made-to-order house specialties including the multicourse menu in the Premium Set Meal.
The crispy and golden Roast Duck carved into neat slices is one of the
crowd favorites and the most celebrated foods in Mandarin Cuisine. Other roastings we feasted on are the juicy and crispy LECHON MACAU, the tender and sweet Pork CHAR SIU, the mildly gelatinous and delicately tender HAINANESE CHICKEN with ginger oil sauce, and the flavorful GARLIC ROAST CHICKEN with Kropek. This set also comes with made-to-order Kutchay Dumplings, Pork Wontons, and Pork Siomai, together with XIAO LONG BAO, a famous steamed soup dumpling, and two house specialties, the YDD Seafood Dumplings and Scallop Dumplings.
All dishes were equally amazing and deliciously irresistible, thus elevating our dining pleasure to the max.
When we take time to eat good food, it's also worth taking time to
match it with the right beverage. Light-brewed tea fits the bill to get
the most bang for your buck with nutritional benefits. Of course, hot teas are a good pairing with dim sums thus stimulating the digestive system and the best palate cleansers between bites. It's good customer service that teapots are continually refilled by attentive waitstaff throughout the meal, free of charge.
Sweet tooths like us never let indulgent desserts pass. We indulged in Classic Crispy Sesame Balls, Soft and Sweet Lava Buns, Creamy Mango Sago, Refreshing Almond Jelly with Fruit Cocktails, and the popular street food silken tofu, Taho to cap a satisfying finale to our Emperor Feast!
