Vitiate is literally the most powerful force user in the entirety of Star Wars besides _maybe_ Abeloth. He isn’t Sith- he is the Dark Side personified. Even Legends Luke would be hard pressed to take him down- and we, the player, never go against his _full_ power. Only a dramatically weakened Vitiate in the Jedi Knight story(thanks, Darth Baras), and his force ghost in KOTET. Valkorian/Vitiate/Tenebrae is beyond OP. Only Revan- another busted OP character(when he isn’t written stupidly) can match his willpower and resist even his weaker force lightning.

Valkorion win high diff. Are you seriously giving power in the Force to Luke? It is possible, only possible, that Luke has more potential than Tenebrae, who, without training, was already extremely dangerous precisely by using his monstrous connection with the Force. But this is not possible after Valkorion consumed hundreds of Sith Lords and all life on Nathema and beyond and on Ziost. He became literally the essence of the Force, an intangible form of life, his intellect is huge, he himself invented and created these rituals, his power techniques are unique and developed by him and after that you give the intellect to Luke. He created two completely different Empires, was at points in space at a great distance at the same time and controlled many bodies at the same time. Luke, in comparison with Valkorion, knows nothing about the Force, Valkorion does not need to fight him with lightsabers, he is at a level of power that allows him to destroy everything on the planet. The Plagueis novel made it clear that Plagueis was the strongest Sith to have lived and was succeeded by his even stronger apprentice, Sidious. The feats you listed for Valkorian are puny compared to Sidious' feats. Not only that, he also wiped the minds of millions of Coruscant's citizens to hide the burial of the Super Star Destroyer Lusankya.
