I always knew this game wasn't going to be that good. An Ant game without colony sim, a battle game without top down controls, a strategy game without a ton of troop variety. It's a glorified tech demo. Don't know why Microid bothered making a game so shallow. It's got less functional gameplay than most free mobile games.

Yeah the game got into my radar for a bit because I like ANOTHER ant game, Empire of Undergrowth, I definitely prefer the RTS to this though, just thought I would have 2 ant games to like though, kinda sad.

I’ve got thousands of hours in paradox games, total war games, civ, age of empires, and many others you probably haven’t heard of. I really enjoy strategy. This game is a tech demo for ant nerds.

Got my money back though. I’m a firm believer that playing 2 hours of a game will usually give you a good idea of what to expect. You don’t have to go golfing for more than 30 minutes to find out if you’ll enjoy it or not, just an example.

Yeah graphics and the controls are really cool, moving as an ant is pretty fun for a while. But yeah then the gameplay loop hits you and it’s just annoying haha
