Not only I love her in these films as Bellatrix Lestrange, but I love her in Corpse Bride as Emily and Planet of the Apes as Ari. I don't watch Charlie and the chocolate factory very much, but she was a total Sweetheart as she was playing as Charlie's mom

I imagine a lot of it is custom made. Maybe even made herself. And a bit of a hoarder literally has items from 25 years ago. And a lot of independent boutiques probably in west London and the off surprising middle of the range retail shops like Brora and Anthropology then of course the complete unheard ofs that keep her unique. ( an apparel analysis )
