Ровно столько лет, как сейчас этой песне, я была со своим любимым 😢 (со школы были вместе, есть дочь, которой 6 лет) Сейчас переломный момент в моей жизни. Год назад мы купили в ипотеку квартиру, вроде всё хорошо - наконец никакого съемного жилья, новый этап в нашем маленьком мирке... Но ровно с тех пор он стал уходить в запои... Алкоголизм - это ужасное зло! Ненавижу алкоголиков, хоть и могу сама иногда выпить и даже лишнего, но не в ущерб кому-то, если дочка например гостит у бабушки и дедушки и мы отмечаем какой-то праздник. Но я знаю слово "стоп", и не пойду на следующий день снова употреблять. А он не может остановиться😢. Поэтому в данный момент я подаю на развод, ищу работу(т.к.раньше была зависима от него финансово) и моя жизнь должна резко поменяться... Пробовала разное за этот год, обращались к наркологу, к психотеропевту(2 сеанса, и всё. сказал что это всё ерунда и не пойдёт больше 🤦♀️) Клали в клинику лечиться, но оказалось что всё бесполезно 😢 Я люблю его, но больше люблю нашу дочь и недавно снова полюбила себя и решилась на развод.... Наткнулась на эту песню - и разрыдалась, ведь она была в самом начале наших отношений 😭😭😭 и какой печальный конец у этих отношений произошёл 😢 Пока алкоголик сам не захочет - невозможно его вылечить, к сожалению мне понадобился год, чтобы это понять... Если вы в такой же ситуации, то берите свою жизнь в свои руки, и бегите как можно дальше! И у меня и у вас всё будет хорошо 🙏

I'm 37, and recently I was trying to think of the best time in my life, and the answer I came up with was 27. I wasn't as broke as my student years, old enough to have independence, and not all my friends had settled down and had kids yet. It was like the perfect balance of adult/child. Enjoy it.

This was my foster mums favourite song, always used to play it when she cleaned up! She used to say it was a tidying up song! She sadly took her own life and we played it at her funeral, now my children and her grandchildren along with all her friends and family listen to it while cleaning up! Just puts a massive smile on my face 😘

I literally had the same but with ill health and driving licence added to list brother.... 18 months after, I really did meet the love of my life,, that was 14 yrs ago and my feelings haven't changed a bit after 14 yrs.. . 5 weeks ago, she left, gone, I have my flat and my 14 yr old dog we both got.. I'm at least greatful for that, but again proves, life ain't a race, it's all about surviving and being happy as you can, as many days on earth as you can, just be thankful and happy as you're can. 52 yr old bricklayer, with faults like us all, but my big heart is broken,, but I know, someday soon I'll be laughing again like nothing ever has happened to me, ever..life's precious, keep happy 💔
