I definitely like the ceiling lights more than the floor lights, I feel like the trapdoors on the floor are a bit distracting? But you could put the ochre froglights in with the end stone and it would blend in pretty well

the storage room looks awesome! Since the floor is different types of deepslate it could be worth keeping some deepslate gold ore to try and incorporate it into the floor, in the gold room to give the ground some more texture without using a bunch of gold pressure plates.

Love the storage room! I’d absolutely love to see giant fungi all over the cavern. Some giant mushrooms, clusters of spores, and shelf fungus (these are so pretty)

Have you considered mining aquaducts to transport stone to an item sorting section? You could even put them from under other empires to “recycle” their fallen items!

Be careful with the rail thing to stop mobs, while they wont pathfind over it they can still be pushed over, so if there are a lot of mobs then they will push each other over!

25:31 you should put snort's pen under the staircase or just nearby from outside your house! (Basically carve in some room for snort's pen, as i believe snort would appreciate their little house to be cozy but at least they can fit in it

I'm more into the ceiling lights, but those two rows on the floor at the entrance of the storage room just looks so good from the outside that I can't vote for the ceiling. Making the lights different in every room of the storage building would be a very goblin thing to do, so I vote for no uniform lights in the goblin empire!

Hi Fwhip!! Loving the series❤ I have been watching you for a few years now, and it's so fun to see how dynamic your builds are! One thing that I noticed is that the sped up mining and placing of blocks can be a little dizzying for me (maybe it's just me). If by any chance you could slow down that first-person time lapse a little, that would help me out. My eyes just tend to be a little slower with tracking and it's harder for me to keep up. Once again, I'm loving the builds! You're my favorite KZbinr out here. So happy to see you past 1 million subs :D. Take care

Hey Fwhip, I have this cool design idea in mind that you can build inside the cavern for fun but requires a lot of items, time & space. Anyway, the idea is to make a giant sleeping golden dragon in the middle of the cave surrounding with highly valuable blocks like ores, ancient debris, raw golds, diamonds, and so on. So, the dragon has the size of Smaug (Hobbit), and got the looks from the golden dragon in Clash of Clans. You can make it functional by making it another storage building or anything? then instead of chest, use shulker boxes. More details if noticed.

You should replace the pile of gold outside your house with a pile of ancient debris :^) Also could glowlichen over verdant froglights be a neat lighting solution? Add some mold to the cave. Goblins love mold

Love the storage room! I think the lights on the ceiling look better than the floor lights. I'm not sure why, the the ceiling lights are just more aesthetically pleasing. I think it’d be so cool if you added a waterfall area that was lush with mushrooms and moss, but like the waterfalls are staggered to make little reservoirs between layers (like the clay in the lush caves but on a larger scale)

Concerning the place where your gold pile used to be, fWhip: I seem to remember a tunnel very, very close by that you and the other Empire leaders used to get into a stronghold (Episode 1, 23:08... though other perspectives show the tunnel entrance more clearly), and to this day it seems rather hidden away. Perhaps you could tidy up that entryway into something a little more obvious to see and walk into, accessorized with a quirky goblin façade? Thanks always for the lovely video!
