For the crocheted What the Hales, take a piece of the blue vinyl you did the chairs with and place behind it, then have a frame put around it with a glass front! I'm and old crafter and did a similar thing years ago. It will then tie in with your chairs!!

From past experiences, with everything you showed, there was in fact a grist mill on your property at one time. You have the grind stones, the foundation and other stones, the step wall was most likely the origin of these materials. Also, you have the Springs it would have taken to turn the water wheel. Having this on your property is way cool.

Be careful pulling vines off of the trees! They are often poison ivy or poison oak. These vines continue to carry the sap that will cause the horrible rash even in the winter!
@pennyrockysmomma44452 жыл бұрын
You have an awesome old rock quarry! Can you tell what kind of rock was quarried thete? And be on the lookout for mule shoes and horseshoes. They used mules to pull slabs of rock and carts of rock up, because they are so strong and sure footed, and they had smaller feet than horses. I used to live by three old quarries and have mule shoes from way way back!

I’m so glad you took my suggestion on the door removal on the bottom cabinets for more Shelvish space, it looks great! I have a couple more suggestions to help you that I’m thinking of as I watch this video. How about mounting the Elvis plates over the windows next to the Shelvish space? Also the idea to put the crocheted What The Hale$ table topper over the stained glass is a good idea, I think it would make the office look more cluttered and ruin the aesthetic of the beautiful stained glasswork! If you have any of that fabric left from recovering the chairs, how about using that as a background and then hanging it either above the stained glass or elsewhere in the house? These are only suggestions and I won’t be offended if you don’t use them. Have a fantastic week!

I love your 9th round furniture arrangement!!!!! This one is by far the best. May I make one very tiny, tiny suggestion? ok, I think it would be really over the top cozy if you would turn the sewing machines at an angle in between the two couches on both sides again and add a very small DIMMER lamp on each table. Like a 9 - 10" tall touch lamp that shines at 3 different intensities. Very cozy in the evening. Just a thought. You guys a very entertaining. Love watching you. Your stuff also works great when I'm sitting and doing my crafts, when I can only look up at the TV half the time. You guys make it so easy to follow along and still know exactly what you are working on, but can still know when to look at the TV. Lisa.

For the back of those pictures on the uneven walls, maybe you could get those glue dots and put them in the bottom two corners and stick it on the wall. They should come off cleanly if you ever wanted them too. Your home is coming together nicely! Can’t wait to see what else you come up with!
@girl_overthinx2 жыл бұрын
I was going to suggest something similar, too. Gorilla Glue has mounting putty that keeps the picture adhered to the wall but removes easily.

Yep, their milestones used to bring wheat and corn. Interesting lawn ornaments. Galls on the trees could be birds going after bugs under the bark. Wood underneath could be very beautiful if milled into lumber.
