SIr, I am pursuing my MBA in HR and will be passing out within a few months. Haven't paid much attention to labour laws and going through your videos now to get a grasp of the same. The question I have is, I have been seeing for some days that the 4 labour codes will actually overwrite/consolidate/repeals/replaces some labour laws we already have. But we are also being taught the laws one after the another. So what should I do, in this scenario?

You should learn Payroll Accounting and just learn Labour laws as it is. There is a book by SN Misra on labour and industrial law taught in LL.B . That is Gita Bible of Labour Laws.
