Apprentice ek learning students hote h jo govt ke dwara kisi PSU/ company me skill ko bdhane ke liye bheja jata h, appreciate ka pf deduct nhi hota h or wo employee ke definition me nhi aate h

Forenoon means ..8 am to 12 pm....agar koi employee fornenoon me join karta hai to uski joining same day rahegi.... And agr afternoon me rahegi to next day mani jayegi Plz confirm.

If anyone joins in the forenoon then the same day as joining date but if he joins after noon then the next working day is the joining date.
