I am looking for some clarity on the ENS, there are two streams 1 direct entry that requires 3 years full time employment with the nomimating employer and a skills assessment and the TSS stream that requires 3 years work experience during the TSS Medium Stream visa. The ENS direct entry makes no mention of excluding people who currently have a TSS medium term visa so can someone with tss medium term visa apply for ens direct entry? I can see no sense to why they would punish someone for being more commited through visas by making them work for longer by having to choose a different ENS stream. If I can choose the ENS direct stream I will save 1 year and 11 months that I would have to work for.

on the ENS page there are two streams, one of which labelled for the tss route but the other direct entry one has lower work history requirements and does not say it excludes people who are on a TSS visa

Hi, if u are going with acs(IT), acs will deduct 4 years. If u go with mechanical related..skill assess the have different criteria.
