Hi Karl, first thx for the video, it’s well explained! But I still have a question! I’m floor finisher 332111. Have around 4 years of proved experience! Never done any certificate or course on the field! Just learned in the daily basis! 482 medium requires 2years of experience, even if I don’t have any qualifications, my 4 years of experience should be enough? or like in the RPL I’ll lose couple of years to make up for the lack of certificate/qualification? Floor finisher on the 482 there’s no need for skill assessment!
