Presenter: Luke Everett, Project IO
While we are living through unprecedented times, accountability and program strategy requirements are increasing. The need for teams to understand their roles within programs are critical to greater impact however impact data is often siloed or inconsistent. We explore the changing landscape of technology and how it can help improve visibility, accountability, and stakeholder/team engagement.
We will discuss some of the challenges facing teams when stakeholder priorities and operating environments change, and how we can use impact data to guide and communicate new priorities and objectives. As these changes take place, how do we ensure that teams are informed and engaged?
Luke Everett is the Founder of Project IO, a Software as a Service platform that guides teams through the design, monitoring, and evaluation of their program strategy.
