Empowerment Workshop for Girls (Lodwar, Kenya)

In August 2007 Els Pronk & Margriet Schut travelled to Kenia, to facilitate the first Empowerment Workshop for girls, for Mama Mzungu Foundation (Lodwar, Turkana).
This short clip contains some interviews with the girls and with the trainers, about the effects of this kind of interventions. The effects are still visible now in 2014, because a local trainer has been educated during the project, and she still facilitates these workshops on Self Confidence in the region of Kenya.
