Again, I doodled around with the ZOIA and got inspired to make a video. All source audio comes from the Digitone, and then goes into ZOIA for processing. Some minor mastering was done in Ableton Live 10.

I love this! I just got my Zoia last week and I’m looking forward to creating something like this.

This is really cool. I would love to know more about the ZOIA patch. I don't own one, but I'm keen to know more about it. I really like simple setups like this (except, I imagine the ZOIA patch is anything but simple).

Hey! I second this, would love to get to know this patch better. Sounds dope af ❤️

@@willshakeyou 3rd! Chuck it up on PatchStorage and D/L the Zoia Librarian application if you haven't, makes back-up and transfer easier IMO

Sorry guys, the patch is forever lost. It's an easy patch to make though, consisting of three loopers with randomized length, record, reverse and length parameters (cv controlled with sequencers triggered by variable speed LFOs) and the same for the amp modules for each looper, just modulate the amplitude with modulated LFOs. Again the same thing with the distortion (blue and teal lights). The most fun part of ZOIA for me is making patches like this, but sadly I had to sell it a while ago.. Hope this helps!

Love it! Just got a Zoia 2 weeks ago, talk about option paralysis! I'd love to know the routing on this patch :)

Thanks for the comment! Might make a video experimenting with making a patch like this again. Essentially it's just random triggers and adjustments for the different parameters on the loopers - hope that helps 🤙🏽

Wonderful work! Will you share the patch?

Thank you! So my Zoia firmware had a bug and I had to do a fresh re-install, thus deleting all my patches. I will get around to recreating the patch when I get the time for it and put it up on patchstorage :)

Very nice. Any chance you’ve shared the patch on patchstorage?

So you are using the Zoia only as a "Effect Pedal" ?

Indeed.

@@sindre.pedersen can you use more than one effect ? Or is just one at a time ?

Cool ! The the 3 loopers rec the same things from digitone but have differentes processing or you rec differentes things before on 3 loopers ?
@sindre.pedersen4 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for the comment! The loopers are independently triggered and reset, so they sample different parts of the same audio stream and are pitched differently.
