Thanks for sharing! You clearly showed what an amazing little box this is. For me the Digitone is an absolute surprise among all those synths that appeared in the last years. Where a lot of other manufacturers go analog the Digitone is all digital does not pretend to be analog and sounds extremely good.

Been waiting for a nice long demo from this magic black box. Great experience and nice tweaking . I wanted the digitakt from Your last years experience but only just now saved and got this instead. Those are at least 64 steps, with more patterns chained in order to produce chord changes...otherwise it wouldn't work.

Yea FM like this, It's really not that hard. Same with Ableton operator. Ratio's are figured out for you, just get to know how each algorithm modulates the carrier and you're off to the races. I love the way that plenty of people bought this unit and just got on with making lovely sounds, instead of spreading pessimism based on their own failings.

Can I name you in my divorce proceedings? " Mr Dataline made the Digitone sound that damn good that I had to purchase it ASAP". My other half found out that it wasn't the $75 I said it cost and this purchase was one of the reasons why we couldn't afford to go on vacation in 2019. I jest obviously, but you do make the Digitone sound practically irresistible. Very intelligent people the Swedes, they can both design attractive, inexpensive flat pack furniture AND small music making boxes that sound like a wall of synths. No wonder they always come near the top of 'happiest places on the planet to live' polls. What else does a person need to be content, apart from a comfortable chair to sit in and magical music box to tinker with?
