THIS is the Tiffany video I’ve been missing (mixed brand, no single point of purchase, positives AND negatives given). Loved it so much. I really value your opinion/input on products. Some of my all-time favs came from you. PLEASE consider using a smaller bin so we get these more often!

Tiffany you may not be down to do this but any products that are in a plastic tube (Like the Lancer scrub) I would HIGHLY recommend cutting them open to get the remaining product. I started doing this and was shocked how much product was missed even when I think I’ve squeezed all of it out. One bottle had 5+ extra uses in it. It makes sure you use every last bit of product!

*pediatric RN here* Be careful with little girls and bath products. They can cause issues with vaginitis/etc. :) Always rinse her "bottom" with fresh water prior to drying off. Just say no to bath bombs, etc!

Rental versus sale depends so much on the market and area. I’m a financial counselor and the most important thing for rentals is having a good emergency saving for that rental for if something goes wrong or you are with out tenants for a period of time.

I have the biggest recommendation for all y’all. It’s neutrogenia face sheer mist. I cannot even begin to express how amazing it is. It goes on so sheer and it’s 50spf. I can’t even begin to express how amazing it is. How clear it it, how non greasy it is, how sheer it is, it’s SO lightweight. It really is the best product. I’ve even used it OVER makeup. Yes I said it. I forgot my spf, and was in the direct sunlight and really needed it. I would have gotten so badly burned that I didn’t care if it screwed up my makeup. It didn’t. It is so good. I’ve always been intrigue with rental properties, and have personally been wanting to take the plunge into buying a place for myself which in time I’d like to have as a rental. I agree that long term rentals are less problematic, since there’s a longer standing relationship between you and the renter. I used to be a loyal subscriber years ago but I unsubbed because she wasn't relatable to me anymore. Years ago her videos taught me makeup and I could actually go buy the products. Now she's clearly very wealthy and the things she uses and talks about just aren't accessible to me. Nothing against her but that's the reason I'm not subscribed anymore. She used to be a lot more relatable and then the clothes hauls ans etc were just about high end stuff and I didn't feel like it pertained to me as much as it used to. I remember her in her little shoe closet showing us how to make a puffy ponytail and etc. I'm excited for her and hubby for making it like they have and we have all changed through the years. I still love her and enjoy her videos but I don't watch all of them like I used to. You can tell she's still a beautiful person on the inside.
